Schwarze Roadpatcher

The Schwarze Roadpatcher is a one-man pothole repair system that keeps the operator safely in the cab of the truck during operation. The Roadpatcher’s high velocity blower with tilt nozzle cleans the pothole then applies asphalt emulsion to seal the surface and create a binder. Aggregates and emulsion are combined and sprayed into the hole with a 95% compaction rate, based on Strategic Highway Initiative Testing, eliminating the need for further compaction. The repair is topped off with dry aggregate allowing for immediate traffic.

The Schwarze Roadpatcher can be mounted a variety of cab-over chassis.
