The Schwarze Spray Patcher Load King is a fully self-contained trailer mounted pavement repair system. It has a 2.0 cubic yard aggregate hopper. Its 100 gallon emulsion tank will support the use of four cubic yards of aggregate on average. The unit is fully shrouded to protect components from the elements and allow cold weather operation.
The easy to operate Load King is powered by a 49 HP Perkins diesel engine with 40 gallon fuel tank. An optional vacuum system is available to assist in cleaning potholes of water and debris prior to repair.
The Load King allows for mixing on-demand to eliminate the need for commercially premixed products.
