The Minuteman X12 is a 12-gallon portable carpet extractor, available with or without a water heating system.

- Heated unit has 3 position switch so you can run at 1,000 watts, or boost to 1600 watts which will heat the water twice as fast
- Constructed of non-corrosive polyethylene that won’t dent, corrode or rust
- Heated unit has a circuit indicator light that lets you know if you are plugged in to 2 separate circuits
- Automatic ball float shutoff prevents damage to the vacuum motor
- Large 12″ stair climbing wheels
- On board storage for hoses
