Factory Cat Pilot Scrubber

Built for maneuverability, the Pilot battery-powered micro ride-on floor scrubber is the toughest in class. Built on a solid steel, welded frame, solid rear axle and oversized tires the Pilot stands alone. The small footprint and lower psi on the cleaning surface allowing staff to clean in places most ride-on scrubbers cannot go. With the operator onboard the machine it is more maneuverable than a large walk behind auto scrubber. The Pilot floor scrubber will fit easily on most elevators, through most doorways and turn around in narrow hallways or aisles.

The Pilot ride-on scrubber is known for its simple design and durable construction. The deck is protected by steel guards and large polyurethane rollers to keep the unit from marking walls. The Factory Cat Pilot is available with scrubbing path options of 20″ or 26″, great for deep cleaning smooth hard floors.

An available on-board ZerO3® and SUDS™ system helps control detergent costs and eliminates messy drum handling and storage. Selecting manager control options allow you to “lock-in” brush down-pressure and solution flow rates, thereby further controlling operating cost.

Pilot v3 now features a 3″ Color LCD with membrane, large recovery tank lid like the GTX and GTR, improved operator ergonomics with the CC box removed, 40% lower step-up height, 36v (up to 240ah with Lithium), front-rear steel bumpers with large yellow poly rollers, and patented vac bandeau – muffler box with unloader valve.
