The Factory Cat Rebel is a heavy-duty stand-on floor scrubber manufactured by RPS Corporation in Racine, Wisconsin. Built on a thick steel frame with an e-coat and powder paint finish, it’s designed for demanding industrial environments including warehouses, food & beverage facilities, manufacturing plants, and restrooms.

The Rebel features a 20-inch disk scrub deck, separate 17-gallon solution and 18-gallon recovery tanks, and a patented vacuum protection system that isolates foam and dirty water away from the motor. It runs up to 4 hours on a charge and supports wet, AGM, or lithium battery options.

Operator-focused design highlights include a cushioned thigh pad, simple LCD dash, hop-off accessibility, and an operator presence plate for safety. Available options include dual LED headlights, a disinfectant hand spray, vac wand, and multiple blade/brush configurations.
