XtremeVac DCL800TM Series Leaf Loaders

The XtremeVac DCL800TM is a self-contained, trailer mounted leaf collection system with a hydraulically dumping hopper. It is powered by your choice of an 87 HP Kubota Tier 2, 4-cylinder gas engine or a 74 HP John Deere Tier 4, 4-cylinder diesel engine. The heavy-duty radiator is protected by a bottom hinged corrugated & perforated steel screen to maximize air flow. Engine torque is transferred through a quick acting, over center clutch with PTO shaft. A fluid drive coupler is an available option.

Two-piece side hinged rear doors and a 52 degree tipping angle provide easy dumping. The Xtreme Vac DCL800TM- is built on an 8″ x 3″ structural steel tubing frame which rides on tandem 8,000# rubber Torflex axles with four ST235-85-R16 radial tires. Electric brakes are provided on all wheels along with an electric breakaway actuator.

The impeller has six 3/8″ thick T-1 steel blades. A Heavy-duty impeller with 1/2″ thick blades is an available option. The impeller housing has replaceable abrasion resistant steel wear liners. The Xtreme Vac DCL800TM-14 has a 16″ diameter x 10′ long intake hose assisted by an up/down hydraulic cylinder and controls that are conveniently located on the intake nozzle handle.
